The Epiphone Beast is a rare, short-lived electric guitar model produced between 2001 and 2002. It was released as part of Epiphone’s experimental “E-Series” lineup, which targeted modern rock and metal players with aggressive designs and unique features.Key Design & SpecificationsBody Shape: A modified, sharper take on the classic Gibson Explorer. It features distinct sculpted contours, aggressive cutaways, and a unique “batwing” tail design.Headstock: Replaces the traditional Epiphone script with a distinct, minimalist red “E” logo. It utilizes an elongated, pointed “Explorer-S” or “batwing” headstock layout.Neck construction: A bolt-on hard maple neck featuring a “Super-Slide” satin finish.
